Taylor was diagnosed with AML Sept 30th, 2008.  After discovering that she had a form that was rare and very resistant to chemo, we started the transplant process.  On February 5th, 2009, Tay received her "new baby blood" as she calls it.  She has had quite the intense journey but has gone thru it all with a smile on her face and tells us every day that it's a good day.  We just passed the 6 month mark and cannot wait for the day she is declared CANCER-FREE!   She is a true miracle and our little hero."
