Register Your Child

The 2010 Miracle Party is open to everyone, however if you have a child who's been diagnosed with Pediatric Cancer or a Blood Disorder you can register and attend as  Miracle Child.  We ask that you complete the form below in order to receive complimentary tickets.  If you are in another state and are not sure if you will attend, please register anyway.

 

Please let us know if you would like your child listed on the Miracle Party 2010 web site.  If you choose to not be listed publicly, we will respect your privacy and only put your child on our Attendee list.

 

If your child is an Angel (has passed away), please let us know in the Special Details form entry.

When you register your child with the Miracle Party 2010,  you get complimentary access to the event for your immediate family.  You can also choose to be listed as a Miracle Child on the Miracle Party 2010 web site.  This helps you bring awareness, invite the community, and bring people out to celebrate with us on September 18th.

Included with your registration may be special bags, gifts, and other benefits depending on the supporters of the Miracle Party.  Registering helps us know who to expect and how many cancer patients will be joining us.
